I would have given 0 stars but out of respect for the staff that interacts with customers I am giving 1 star.
My story goes like this. I stayed at this W for three nights. I trusted them and their valet with my Porsche Cayenne turbo. I paid 70$ a day! They damaged my vehicle and 22 days later they still ignore me. They dodge me by referring me to the company they lease their parking needs to. This company denies my claim and hotel management has done nothing to resolve this. Excuse me W hotel, but I paid you and you took my money. Now man up, acknowledge your fault and fix my car.
Folks, the hotel is in a great location. But don t trust your car with them. It may cost you way more like it did me.
