First you tell me car be ready at 12:00pm then you tell me 12:30pm then you call and say 1:00pm, when come and see you at 1:00pm you tell me not ready yet at least another 20mins. You tell me after this time I can have a loan car, I had already been waiting 4 and a half hours don't you think you could tell people after the first delay?
What do I get for my inconvience? A wasted day and a hefty fee!
