This is probably the worst experience I've had. Calling them always leads to holds for 10 minutes and then once you schedule an appointment and if you're seen by Dr. Runyan then good luck, that lady does nothing but belittle you. She has absolutely no bed side manners, I'd keep my kids away from her and try the other doctors instead.
