I ve never waited so long for an oil change. Been here multiple times! ONLY because it s the closest location. Never once have waited less then two hours for an oil change. Recently I was there. The lady said it would only be about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. As I look around there isn t 1 car around me. Remind you, you can make an appt on there website which means nothing. You still wait a long time! I asked for a rental car and was denied because I wasn t getting a full service. As I waited over two hours NOT ONE person came to check on me or give me any type of update on my car! I then approached someone and they said we re sorry for the delay. Still not telling me anything. Then I find out after waiting 2 1/2 hours my car FINALLY is just getting serviced!! I would have never waited at the dealership if I would have known I would have waited that long! After me complaining I finally get a rental car. 3 hours later my car is done! Never again will I go there for anything. Very Very poor customer service.
