Review of East Midlands SHA

Hi all
This is a copy of the email I sent as a thank you to East Midlands Water Company as I have just had 2 of their products installed. I received excellent service and great advice.

Good morning Ian
We finally have the water softener and under sink filter up and running.
We had to wait until the renovations were complete.
My plumber (who has one of your softeners) said to test the filter I should
have a glass of it then try a glass of hard water (from the outside tap).
The difference is remarkable !
It turns out that the water I ve been drinking for years might as well have come
from a rusty bucket.
Also this morning s shower felt like a shower I ve had on foreign holidays where the water is much softer.
My skin was lovely and soft.
The plumber has set it all up for me but I m sure I ll have questions as its early days yet.
Thanks for your advice especially the ability to drink the softened water.
