There isn't enough stars to rate the outstanding service, professionalism and response I received from Sales Representative Jerome Toliver. In early June 2018, I called him in need of a car to replace mine that had been wrecked in an accident. He told me not to worry and he would start working on it. We set up a meeting and within day or two he introduced me to a stealth looking Ford Escape Titanium. After the test drive I knew I had found my "USS Enterprise!" Jerome was spot on accurate in finding a car that fit my style and taste. In fact, every aspect of my buying experience, including my experience with Steve Davidson, Finance Director which was prompt, stress free, consumer friendly and went above and beyond my expectations. These two guys are "down to earth" good people. I am telling my family and friends and anyone interested that Bob Allen Ford is a very cool dealership and the best I'm come across in the KC area.
