We were satisfied with our stay but the wait for the service of a 5 stars is necessarily more important than the Ibis Haguenau

Despite an online checkin, our room was not ready - we announced that we would be before 15h and our room was available at 15:30.
The next day, room service was done between 2pm and 3:30 pm too late for our taste.

Finally, the pool is small and in the late afternoon it is not possible to enjoy the pool (no deckchair) or the rest room.

A small regret without importance. The promise of a pastry chef's surprise in our room that we did not have.

Otherwise very helpful staff and beautiful room. I particularly recommend breakfast in your room.
