Great locale but mediocre service for the price. Hidden fees add $70 / day on top of your booking fee, important to know that. Our first day the freezer in our fridge broke and melted our ice cream so we asked for a replacement with a working freezer - so of course we get a fridge without a freezer. Wifi signal is so weak wifi calls drop and streaming video is impossible - yet you pay $40 / day for this non-negotiable dysfunctional service. Our glass of water at the breakfast smelled horrible - I recognized the smell as that of a clogged dishwasher with fetid water whose odor is added during the heating cycle. And that's all during the first day! Second day at breakfast our grape branch was quite full of mold. Honestly, this hotel has left me shocked with what we get for the price. We will not be returning again; I would just get an AirB&B for the same price.
