Bad customer service! All my families flight were ...

Bad customer service! All my families flight were cancelled and I had to fly out by myself and my family the next day. I explained this to them... I rented the car stating that I was only driving one day ...then I wanted my husband to drive the rest of the time...I didn't want to pay for 2 drivers. Courtney said to come back the next day with his license and it wouldn't be a problem. We want back the next afternoon and they wanted to charge for 2 drivers and said there was nothing they could do. He gave my the phone number supposedly of Desmond (the manager) It was the main number to rent a car in the US...not the managers number. Needless to say, I had to drive the car for the entire time. I WILL NEVER RENT A CAR FROM THEM AGAIN!
