Not happy about being told one thing about the mai...

Not happy about being told one thing about the maintenance and repair costs and looking at the invoice to see more than I was told TWICE. And, of course, the service person wasn't there to face me and explain himself. I usually like Mike Shaw's quality of service--we're long-time patrons there, now this experience leaves me questioning whether the $3800 repair work was done as well as it should have been too. What's happening there, Mr. Shaw?
