Poor customer service. Really hard to talk to a person. No bueno. Cut off our electricity would not allow us to pay over phone. Then made us wait 24 hours after payment to turn on. My dad had a heart attack and died at 70 due to this. Then they charged 30 disconnected fee and 30 reconnect fee. Took my business somewhere else.
