If I could give them 0 stars I would. They "managed" our property while we were overseas (we are military) and were horrible. The only thing they did was take all of our money, anger our tenants, and try to get their family to make over-priced repairs. Oh, and never advertised to get us tenants after the first one's contract was over. Totally ripped us off. I have no idea how they are as sales people, but as managers I'd run away as fast as you can.
