Did not test my components as they charged me for! Wrong diagnoses leads to weeks of down time and $$$$ lost. Brought my PC in for diagnosis. Payed $80 for a "Diagnostic" They said my Motherboard, CPU and graphics cards were all Dead. Well, it turns out the graphics card and CPU were FINE! It was just the Motherboard. Sent the CPU and graphics card to Intel and Asus, they sent both items back says they were FULLY FUNCTIONING, SO they charged to me for shipping both ways. Santa Rosa Computers did not test my components as they charged me then LIED to me about it! Its a graphics card, You pull it out and put it in any computer and if it turns on it works. They didnt even do that. Go here if you want to waste time and money.
