The ambience is absolutely spectacular. The plush, red booths and the gorgeous artwork, the chandeliers and well-dressed staff. You feel like you're in an elegant Russian parlor in the 1920s.
I skipped the $18 dessert which was incredibly small.
Overall, the service was very high quality.
