Unprofessional to say the least. Berkeley served as an intermediary between my friends/me and our landlord to rent an off-campus house. Realtor was downright rude, and tried to explain their behavior as "just playing hardball." Apparently renting off-campus shanty homes to college students necessitates absolutely boorish behavior. Would rate zero stars if possible.
