Bad service ...... Not giving any response to clie...

Bad service ...... Not giving any response to clients only ignoring there clients , totally I have call many times relating to ECS twice deducted in one month not received any reply and representative is not giving satisfactory reply only wasting my time .
Any responsible person is there in company for contacting no one is giving any updates...??
