I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I booked a stay here that included two free drinks and valet parking. It took an act of congress to get the 2 drink tickets and I thought I was to receive free valet parking and was even assured that it would not be on my bill. Just to make sure I went down to check out the next morning and they did confirm that I had a zero balance; however, when I checked my credit card statement after the stay I realized I had been charged 34.00. I have been trying for the last 2 days to get it corrected, but when I try to call the phone rings at least 10 to 20 times before being answered and everytime they put me through to accounting I get voicemail. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
