First, I want to apologize for taking so long to send my review. I bought my 2011 VW Jetta a month ago. I want to especially thank Samuel my for giving me such a Great Customer Experience with the purchase of my car!! I felt confident in his honesty and knowledge, as well as he wasn't just selling me a vehicle, but he built a long term relationship with me. This type of Customer Service goes a long way. Also a thank you to Henry for being so responsive, when Samuel was not currently available. All I can say is the overall staff was attentive and willing to make things right for the customer! I love my VW Jetta, thank Capital VW again for the wonderful Experience. I will definitely tell my friends.
