We need to sign a document and I tried to arrange an appointment.
I phoned the embassy. I was told to phone a different number after 10 minutes waiting.I waited another 40 minutes for their answer. Nobody answered the other number.
I emailed about our urgent appointment and an automatic email came back that they will deal with the message during next 6 days.
This is not acceptable, sorry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Even one star is too much, but it does not work without pressing at least one!
