I wish there was a way to put 0 stars. This place is the worst when it comes to paying your bill. I owed almost $19,000, my attorney paid a little over $8,000 and I only owe a little under $5,000. I have been late a total of 6 times in the last 3 to 4 years. Two times I was a month later but I paid double payments when that happened to bri g my act back up to date, the other 4 times I was late, I was only 2 to 3 days late.... they have canceled my payment arrangements about a year or two ago and even though I pay my payment every month, because my payment plan was no longer set up, they always threatened me with collections even though I made my payments every month. I finally got them to reset my payment plan, but I had to beg just so I cold stop hearing them threatin my credit.
