We had booked a room overlooking the garden. It was lovely however, the bed had 2 people sized divets on both sides. I have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world and this is by far, the worst bed I ve slept in. Seedy motels have nicer beds.

We moved to a large suite the next night. It was very large and private. The bed was better. Living room furniture is very cheap.

The hotel staff was politely rude. They did their jobs but if something or someone came up while I was speaking with the concierge, they would help that person first! Does that seem odd to you? I simply don t understand why we were treated like second class citizens when we were paying $1,000 a night for our room, plus we order room service almost every day, which let s be honest, it s expensive.

My last suggestion is to fill the bar. Everyday. A guest should not have to ask.

Lastly, I am a business owner, so customer service is very important to me and my business heavily relies on it.
