Stood in aisle 26 for about 20 minutes hoping to buy a new custom door, waited patiently for a store member to offer assistance and not one did. I asked a few reps if they could help and all they could do was call for assistance. Finally after having three various reps call, a young lady showed up and tried to help with the system but knew absolutely nothing about the process and struggled to place my order. I simply gave up and said I'd order it online.. Very disappointing. I did end up getting some gold star assistance from Cory who helped me in the shelf department.

As one of Atlanta's Top Producing Realtors I tend to frequent hardware stores as I'm helping clients prepare their homes for sale. I hope to have a better experience on my next visit.
