I lived at their abbington hills property for almost 3 years and it was the absolute worst experience of my life. The walls are incredibly thin, the insulation is a joke, and the quality of the apartment is terrible. Every. Single. Summer. My AC broke MORE THAN ONCE. One summer, it flooded the downstairs closet and I ended up with water damage on $100s worth of stuff, with no care from management. You can literally see gaps between the front door and the frame, which leads to a terrible draft and tons of money wasted to cool or heat the apartment. My electric bill for a one bedroom was almost always over $120, because the gap was so drastic, paired with the terrible windows and insulation. The gaps in the frame also led to all types of bugs in the summer time, no matter how clean things were. Leasing office staff live in the complex, and often use their personal time in the neighborhood to intrude on your life. I had staff and management call my cell phone, after hours, to ask if I would make a complaint about other residents, that I never saw doing anything wrong. After saying I never saw or heard anything, they d continue to try to get me to say I had a noise complaint, and would even call back to ask again! Maintenance and management come into your apartment whenever they want, without telling you ahead of time. Most of the time, they didn t even leave a note saying they d been there.

As if a terrible living experience wasn t enough, upon move out, I was hit with a $500+ bill for alleged damage to the carpet, after my request to be present for the move out inspection was denied, due to an employee who didn t know what he was talking about. One problem that they noted with the carpet was that it was thinning, which conveniently doesn t appear in pictures. I had significant issues with staff, including the manager Melissa, going back on their word or flat out telling me the wrong information, that I then had to pay for.

They literally beg people to leave good reviews I was once at the pool last summer and a leasing office staff member went to every single person out there and begged for us to leave a review, and wouldn t leave people alone until they did. Save yourself the trouble and the hassle, and skip Abbington Hills and Weinstein Properties altogether. You can get WAY better for a better price, and you won t have to deal with incompetent, lying, useless, scamming leasing office staff and managers, and a property management company that employs terrible people and allows them to scam, lie, and stea.
