been trying to access my gmail account for 3 month...

been trying to access my gmail account for 3 months it keeps giving me add a account to what i have but won't give me what i have, been trying for months to get help but page after page of helpful tips that do nothing. sent many request for help and got nothing back, i've got a better chance of meeting bigfoot and hit by lightining at the same time before i can talk to anyone about my problem, why have a product that ya can't contact anyone for help?, how about some help please
