I felt Elcon took advantage of my ignorance of electronics. I called 4 electricians all professional. Elcon was double the price of everyone I called for a professional fan installation. The explanation given was concise and understandable and no different than any other company just overpriced. I would never call them again. I recommend Miller electric.
