Clean room. Phone wasn't hooked up properly. Heating controls were nice. Fridge and other amenities were provided. Lack of channels, no bathtub and generally a small room.

Also, elevators and building itself is quite old. A decent place if you're just looking for something quick in downtown Vancouver
