I had a pleasant experience with Wesley Chapel Toyota. My sales person was Greg Irving and he actually listened to my needs. Greg met me at my office for the test drive and had all the paperwork & car ready when I arrived the next day. I told him I didn t want to sit in a dealership for hours. He kept that promise. The finance person Mr Rivera was also efficient & friendly.
