This service center is a joke. The level of service and also the customer service. I brought my vehicle in because of an issue and they claimed there was no issue. Not to mention they forgot to call me to tell me it was ready for pick up and left me without a vehicle and no option for even a courtesy shuttle to come get my vehicle. What a waste of time dealing with this team. I ended up driving an hour to my original dealer where I got my vehicle.
