I emailed the Ink Factory two weeks before I was due to arrive in Dublin to book an appointment. Elisa was really quick to get back to me, very friendly; polite and helpful. I initially chose the Ink Factory because I have heard really great things about the shop and their reputation really proceeds them! I can't wait to see the finished piece when the day of my appointment comes!
