Good food. Poor customer service. We had the Nutella Bourbon Chocolate shake and fries and they were very good. Bartenders were also very friendly. Bowling was cool and the stage looked like they put on a good show. My issue is this - we pre-paid for an hour of bowling online and were charged $100/hr to do so. When we arrived, we noticed that we could have paid $40/hr in person plus $20 for shoe rentals (4 people). When I requested a credit to match their in-person rates, they refused. This was on a Monday night when most lanes were open. It just left a bad taste in my mouth in what was an otherwise fun night out.
