Food and beverage service was Horrible!!!!!!! I will try this casino again after the pandemic is over but the level of service and the plexiglass panels that keep falling over into you as you sit there and play make this a place I won't go back to for a while. On the good side the new hotel rooms are on the level of Vegas and that makes them the best rooms I have experienced in Blackhawk.
