Google reviews led me here. My initial experience was pretty good. When I came in, I didn't have to wait. They diagnosed what's wrong with my car and gave me an estimate in less than an hour. I already knew which parts of my car's engine had oil leaks and they were honest enough to point the right ones out. Their prices are lower compared to the dealer but not by a whole lot. For the service that I had done to my car (I had to wait until the next day to pick it up), they offered a loaner, a free car wash, and also topped my fluids up. Talk about great service! These guys have earned my loyalty and trust, my car is never going to the dealer ever again. I would definitely recommend Lucas Auto Care for anyone who wants some TLC on their European cars.
