Courtesy and kindness demonstrated by the entire organization at every level, from walking in the door to driving away in a new Ford vehicle. The sales team was earnest, honest, knowledgeable and most responsive to my needs and various questions. The finance team was equally outstanding. The service team went above and beyond helpful.
