Used to be a great company before constellation purchased them. Since then there's been rate hikes in the hundreds of percents for the yearly support fees. The same great people still work there but their hands are tied.

The in-person team is great to work with friendly and nice. The "software" we use is not the best option. Every question I have like can it do this? the answer is always yes but... that but is either more $$$ or you have to back out of here and go here, it can't be done nicely on the same screen which is time consuming. Support is completely human free at the moment, meaning you have no human interaction until they choose to call you back, it is very frustrating. I've had a call and email in for 18 hours now and still no human response. I say "software" because I don't know the proper term for completely web based via browser. Five stars to the employees that travel to the businesses they are setting up. 3 stars to the software, and one star to how they are handling technical support.
