I'll start with I have had no problems for 3 years...

I'll start with I have had no problems for 3 years but this semester has been very disappointing. I ordered a book two weeks ago and have not received it. I went into the store and was told it would be ready a week ago. I have called to cancel it for multiple days and have not even been able to talk to anybody, left multiple voicemails, sent an email and have heard nothing. Not an update on my order or a cancelation notice. I wanted to give more stars but lack of communication is extremely disappointing.
