We recently switch from ADT, who's is just awful, to Smith Thompson and thus far it has been a much better experience. The install technician was professional, knowledgeable, and ON TIME! You can't beat the cost, you cant beat the service, and even better you can't beat the fact that they are Texas born. It must be why they are better than their national competitors.
