Only accessible via chat. Adjusting car insurance through their website is a disaster. After 2 hours I thought I finally found it and then it appears that they do not take VW Golf insurance. At ING it was so easy. Worthless shop Independer, very customer-friendly.
Addendum: asked to save by telephone with Independer but D as not possible according to the lady of the Independer chat.
