I came in to look at the Mazda6. I have never purchased a Mazda before, so I mainly came to check the car out. I tell the sales person that I want to check the car out and am not ready to make a purchase. We go outside and find a car, then he says he will get the keys. It s 95 degrees outside in the sun, and I m thinking he ll be back soon so I ll just wait. No idea why it takes him so long but 15 minutes later he finally comes back with the keys. He unlocks the car and I get in to check it out. 15 seconds later he says are we done here? Look man I gotta go. There s people inside that wanna but today so come back when you want to buy. I m thinking, what just happened? 15 minutes ago you seemed pretty excited to show off this car to me. Now you are just kicking me out as soon as I finally get to start looking at the car? How am I suppose to want to buy, when I can t even look at the car? I always felt like it was courtesy to tell the salesperson if you are looking to buy today, just no one wastes time on both ends with the sales pitch. But apparently here, if you don t want to buy when you come in, don t even bother coming. They won t take you seriously or bother helping you at all. I m glad I found this out on my first visit. I can t imagine trying to work with that kind of salesman. It s a good thing there are multiple Mazda dealers in the area.
