Quick, easy, and very professional. Phenomenal treatment from start to finish, my sales person's name was Jose Alvarado. He knew how to cater to our needs and didn't come on as your run-of-the-mill pushy salesman. He truly cares about what you're looking for. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed in One Direction or another and I know that Jose tried his hardest to get me the best deal possible. We walked out with an immaculate 2013 Toyota Highlander fully loaded with leather seats, navigation, sunroof, rear-view camera, Bluetooth, heated seats and more!
