Yesterday, 08/04/2018, I went into Jack Powell Crysler Dodge Jeep Ram to purchase a specific vehicle, with a specific loan pre qualification. I specifically told them that I wanted my credit pulled only from the bank that preapproved me. I Had the reference number provided on the printed paper work from that particular bank.

I personally dont want my credit pulls higher than 5-7 in one year, even though that is still a bit high. I'm an impulsive buyer, but I dont buy without knowing I can get what I'm inquiring about. I have had my share of credit problems and have learned my lesson how just how much my credit is looked into when I sign a dotted line so to speak.

However, as you can tell, my credit was ran by 4 other banks than the one I specified. Due to this, I would generously, yet strongly ask that communication becomes key. It's not the vehicles fault, and it's not my sales guys fault, directly. But I think if this can be made aware of in meetings that managers have with their staff, the sales and business for these places, especially car dealerships, could sky rocket, and their reputation would be because of the CUSTOMERS EXPERIENCE whether they get approved or not.

I have been in management, and I am under 30 years old. I have had to learn the hard way. But if this industry is about sales, you have to have to know that it is more about the customer than it is about you. Make a great deal, go above and beyond, even sacrifice a little if you have too. (For your company that is). And believe me, it will come back to you down the line when you least expect it.

Thanks!
