Aaron came out and took a look at my townhome that has been sagging to one side. I was pretty worried that after Harvey it had gotten worse and I was going to need some major repairs on my home. He pointed out some of the cracks I had seen, plus a few others I had missed.

He tested the elevation all around the ground floor with his instrument and then told me that while he could potentially justify working on the slab, he wouldn't do it, himself, unless things got worse. He told me to keep an eye on the cracks and if things worsened to give him a call, but that the current deviation of roughly an inch across the house wasn't enough to warrant spending thousands of dollars. Obviously this was good to hear, and I appreciated the frankness in addition to the clear explanation. I'm sure it'd be easy for him to be alarmist or insist I needed work to be done.

I definitely recommend Two Brothers based on my experience, and if my house starts to look worse in the next 6 months I'll call them back out to reevaluate at that time.
