Some people are on the phone are very short and rude. The operator was an Asian man and he was very rude. After that i got a nice lady and she said her husband was a vet. Those are the people who should work. People who actually care about veterans and not just a job. I am upset with that customer service , but even more upset that combat vets are probably being treated poorly. Fix yourself!
