I don't even know where to begin. My 12 year old diabetic, very sick Westie (ear and paw infections) was seen on Wed for dermatology issues when his hip "popped" out of its socket. The staff were just unbelievable - they immed came and told me - and stated since this was not what he came in for - they would x-ray and do whatever necessary to get it replaced - we found out he has hip dysplasia - the surgeon (Tim - wonderful) put him under and "popped it back in" all the while keeping me updated with his condition and did NOT charge me for anything to do with hip - Dr.Farver - just outstanding (dermatologist) and her assistant off the charts. I would recommend to anyone - it is world class organization.
