BMW of Mountain View used to provide a great loaner car service earlier but now it seems like that has been outsourced to Enterprise. The rental car that I was provided by them wasn't great and when I returned the car, the Enterprise office told me that I had broken the a piece of back bumper of the car even though I left it at the BMW dealership in the original condition.
When I asked BMW to help as they were the ones that booked me this rental in the first place, they completely refused and said this is something I should manage on my own and weren't willing to provide me any information regarding anything that might have happened between the time the car was parked and picked up by Enterprise staff. I had to call multiple times and go to the Enterprise office later to sort the issue out myself over the next couple of days.
It was really disappointing to get such passive response from a company that boasts great service to their customers. I am never going back to this dealership!
