UPDATED: 2/22/2020 - What a shame that Infiniti has become a "basic" car dealership now. After owning Infiniti's for 29 years - from an "I" model, we will not be buying one again. We currently have a G37 and a JX35. The JX has been wrought with "gremlins" since we bought it, but I loved this car so I kept it. But the service has gone down and down, and today we learned a simple OIL CHANGE is $105.00 for regular oil?! WHAT?! Unreal. (Wait until you ask about SYNTHETIC oil price!) The website is weak and doesn't give needed info, the service dept has TWICE suggested things - expensive things - that we didn't need. Unreal. So sad. No more Infiniti for this family.

We have purchased five cars here. Have always had a good experience. Steve (retired recently) & Bobby are our Service Managers. You couldn't ask for a better group. SO worth the money.
