I purchased a used computer a few months ago and just Monday it would not work. I called the shop and they told me to bring it in. Although they usually only warranty the computers for 30 days, Ron honored a 90 day warranty and corrected the problem with no charge. Ron was extremely pleasant and informative. I appreciated when they called to tell me what was wrong and when they thought it would be done. They finished in one day and called for me to pick it up. Ron answered all my questions and was very nice. This is the second time I have had work done by Pcs and Parts and would highly recommend this business.
