I called on Friday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend with temps in the 90s and no ac at my 93 year old mom's home. Kevin arrived a few hours later, found the blower was non repairable, found an after hours parts dealer and installed the blower that evening. He was polite, helpful and very competent. I was very pleased with the responsiveness of the company and its committed skilled staff.
