This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with any property management company. It was a constant headache trying to get any amount of information and then when you finally did, it was usually a blatant lie. Unless you plan on calling everyday to check for changes you will hear nothing. Wish I hadn't wasted the last two months dealing with this company.
