I bought a vehicle from Renfrew a year and a half ...

I bought a vehicle from Renfrew a year and a half ago. When I was buying it I commented on how dirty the cup holders were and that I wanted them cleaned before I bought it. The sales person was very rude about getting it cleaned and when it came back from cleaning it was still dirty. When I got the vehicle home I discovered that it had mice in it. It took me lot of time and money to get them out and get it properly cleaned. As it was being properly cleaned the people found pills etc. under the seats. The dealership also lied through its teeth about the vehicle having A/C even when I told them it didn't have it. When I tried to contact the dealership to tell them about all my troubles they would not return any of my calls or emails. Still to this day I have yet to even receive a simple sorry for the lies and horrible service I received.
