I am not sure how this company is still in busines...

I am not sure how this company is still in business. They do a horrible job in managing our property. They have hidden fees embeded into their pricing structure, don't respond to any inquiry or issue in a timely manner, things that they promise to take care of never get done, we have to micro manage them so that they can do their job effectively. Save yourself the time and your HOA funds and look elsewhere for a management company. Horrible service!!
